Terms & conditions

These terms describe the agreement between you and Mondero Enterprises Ltd ("we", "us", "Mr Punter Casino") when you open and use a Mr Punter Casino account. By registering or depositing, you accept these terms.

1. Eligibility

• You must be 18 years of age or older
• You must be legally permitted to gamble online in your country of residence
• You must not be self-excluded from a gambling operator or appear on a self-exclusion register
• You agree to provide accurate identity and address information for KYC verification

2. Accounts

• One account per person, household, IP address and payment method
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential
• Multiple accounts will be closed and balances may be confiscated
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access

3. Deposits and withdrawals

• Minimum deposit: £10 (GBP or crypto equivalent)
• Deposits are credited instantly on most methods (1 confirmation for crypto)
• Withdrawals are processed after KYC verification
• Withdrawals must use the same method as the deposit where regulation requires it
• Maximum withdrawal limits may apply per transaction, per day and per month — see the help centre

4. Bonuses and promotions

• The welcome bonus is available to new players on their first deposit only
• Wagering requirement: 35x on bonus cash and on free-spin winnings
• Slots contribute 100%; live dealer and table games contribute 10%; sportsbook contributes 0%
• Maximum bet during active wagering: £5 per spin or hand
• Bonus expires 30 days from deposit if wagering is not completed
• Free-spin winnings expire 24 hours after the spins drop unless wagered
• Bonus abuse (irregular play patterns, bonus chasing, multi-account use) leads to forfeiture

5. Games and RTP

All games are provided by licensed studios and audited for RTP. Theoretical RTP is published on each slot fact sheet; actual results vary. Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators.

6. Responsible gambling

7. Account closure

You may close your account at any time. We may close an account where there is evidence of fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, breach of these terms, or where regulatory requirements direct us to do so.

8. Dispute resolution

If you have a complaint, please contact support with as much detail as possible. We aim to resolve complaints within ten working days. If you are not satisfied, you can escalate to the Anjouan Gaming Board.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified to you by email and through your account. Continued use of the service after changes are notified constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the licensing jurisdiction (Anjouan), without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
